Junky food vs healthy food

   I did a little experiment,one day before,I went to run.I eat,chips,soda,some regular food,candies,fry potatos,not fruit,vegis,water. The purpose was,feel the difference between a good food and bad food. The result was no energy,my body feel so heavy my joints start with discomfort,feeling pain,so exhaust my 65% performance really bad. That mean if WE eat healthy food you boost your body and energy.
